1. Quality Control: Kim Dai is certificated by the ISO9001 quality management system. Since of establishment, Kim Dai holds the belief that “promote the craftsman’s spirit, build up the brand’s quality ”, continuously polish its quality control measures and improve its quality requirements. It is ensured that each delivered mold could perform well to satisfy the customer’s production requirements and our production capacity and quality could satisfy the customer’s market’s demand. 

2. Quality Inspection: We are running incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and quality assurance (QA), which are responsible for formulating quality standards and plans to ensure product quality complies with regulations. And they are also responsible for the construction, maintenance, supervision, and improvement of related quality management systems, continuously improving the quality management level. Meanwhile, Kimdai has a series of inspection equipment to measure the dimension of steel, the color of the part, part performance, and life span.
