After the parts are picked up from the injection machine, Kim Dai also can offer the following secondary processing and part assembly service. The secondary processing service includes ultrasonic, screen printing, painting, laser carving, and electroplate. Additionally, Kim Dai has a dust-free workshop for 10 production lines which cover an area of 20,000 sqm. Kim Dai now reaches the production capacity by making 50,000 sets of finished parts each month.
